-What kind of software do I need to use your themes?

You need to have WordPress installed on your server to be able to use one of our themes.

-I bought the theme, how do I get it?

When you purchase one of our themes, you will be sent an automatic e-mail with a link to download the theme you just purchased. Normally you will get the e-mail right away, but sometimes delays may happen, so please allow up to 1 hour.

-What do I get when I buy a theme?

You get a folder that contains the theme, a pdf file with instructions on how to install, setup and configure the theme, all fireworks source files, (photoshop files available in the support forum), all the stock images used in the theme.

-I am having a problem, need support.

We fully support our themes. We provide support in our forums, so if you need help with anything regarding the theme please use the support forums.

-Are your themes valid, and compatible with my browser?

All our themes are css & xhtml valid, and cross-browser compatible.

-Can I customize the theme I just bought?

You are free to customize and change every aspect of the theme you purchased to fit your needs. You can remove our copyright footer information.

-Warranties and refund policy.

We stand behind our work and will fully support the themes you have purchased from us. Refunds will be issued only in case the product you have bought is significantly not as seen in our demonstration.

-What is the license of your themes?

All our themes are released under the GNU general public license. You can use the purchased theme on as many websites as you want, personal or your clients projects.
